There is a Board of Trustees consisting of :
Sri Raja V.L.S.N. Raju is the Chairman, Mr. Muppana.A.Ashok Kumar – Trustee,
Mr. Jalluri Buchaiah – Trustee, Smt. Talluri Ganga Bhavani – Trustee,
Mr. Nayani Suresh – Trustee, Mr. Jetti.V.V.Satyam – Trustee. The Board of Trustees has to safe guard all the assets of Batchu Foundation and Board is authorized to sign all agreements from time to time. Board will approve the necessary Budget every year and every six months the revised budget if required. The Executive committee consists of various committees and presently headed by Mr. Balla China Kameswara Rao as President, Mr.Muppana Veerabhadra Swamy – President (Elect) Mr. Batchu Basavaraju – Secretary, Mr. Jalluri Veerraju – Treasurer. The Executive committee will execute all the works approved in the budget and day to day running of the business.
The accounts are kept at the State Bank of India, Peddapuram and operated by the Executive committee members, Mr. Balla China Kameswara Rao-President, Mr.Jalluri Veerraju-Treasurer and Mr. Muppana Veerabhadra Swamy- President (Elect).
Each year the accounts are audited by the professional Auditors Surendranath Kopparthi certified by Government of India located at Kakinada and made available to the public.
