Batchu Foundation is a registered charitable trust with tax exemption status in India. Batchu Foundation has its own constitution under which charter the members conduct the business.
Each year the accounts are audited by the professional Auditors Surendranath Kopparthi certified by Government of India located at Kakinada and made available to the public.
