Section 7 :To strengthen existing community parks and maintain the same in cooperation with local municipalities and other panchayats with in the radius of ten kilometers . To establish new public parks when necessary.

Section 8 : To improve the sanitary conditions in the community of Peddapuram and work with local municipality for better health of the community .To work with public and local municipality to eliminate open latrines and construct community septic latrines. To maintain the tractor and truck and other equipment donated to the municipality for garbage pick up purposes.

Section 9 : To beautify and develop garden town by planting trees on the streets and parks and public areas in cooperation with local municipality.
|
Section 10 : To assist local municipality in the supply and distribution of water to the community of Peddapuram.
|
Section 11 : To operate or lease International Mathematics and Science Academy (IMSA) ( K to 12 grade school ) to fund the activities of Foundation ,To set up Academic Council and Governing body to run IMSA by drawing academic and talented people from all over India and USA.

Section12 : To maintain and lease when needed the current assets of Foundation. The assets list enclosed is part of this constitution.

Article III : MEMBERS
Section 1 : The Foundation shall have four ( 4 ) categories of members who constitute the general body. The designation of such category and the qualification of the members of such category shall be as follows.

A . Grand Patron Member : Any person who qualifies as per the section 2 of this article and pay the prescribed membership dues becomes a Grand patron member. All family members of Batchu Gurumurthy living in India and USA will be Grand Patron Members.

B . Patron Member : Any person who qualifies as per the section 2 of this article and pays the prescribed membership dues becomes a patron Member.
|
C . Life Member :Any member who qualifies as per the section 2 of this article and pays the prescribed membership dues becomes a life member. The life members are part of the Peddapuram Development Council. This is the Official Executive Body of the Batchu Foundation

D . Regular Member : Any person who qualifies as per the section 2 of this article will become a regular member. The regular member can be yearly dues paying or nominated non dues paying member.

E . Special Invitees : The President with the approval of Board of Trustees will invite prominent Civil leaders of the community and officials to attend Executive Body or General Body meetings. These special invitees will not have any voting rights They are invited to participate and guide the discussions.
