Section 7 : ADMINISTRATOR

Batchu Foundation office will be run a day basis by an able administrator and an assistant administrator and an orderly. The administrator will convey all meetings at the Batchu Foundation Assembly Hall and will follow the year calendar approved by the Executive Body, keep the minutes of all meetings and be a liaison between Grand Patrons, Patrons, Trustees, Executive Body and the general Body .All the correspondence will be done by the administrator. His immediate supervisor is the President. All the seals, office stationary check books, ledgers will be in his/her custody. All important documents will be kept under the supervision of the Administrator. The administrator is answerable only to the President. He will be making a year calendar for the office. He will be responsible for the Batchu Foundation News letter and get the accounts audited on time. The administrator is responsible for collection of rents, and accounts payable and keep all the accounting current and computerized The administrator will be making on quarterly basis status reports on schools, Hospital, Sanitation, etc and make them available to the monthly executive body meetings. He/She will be submitting any requests for grants from the public along with a summary of the feasibility and assessments.

 

Article VI : COMMITTEES

 Section 1 : The President of Batchu Foundation ,with the approval of Board of Trustees shall nominate the chairpersons for all the standing committees, for the term to coincide with the term of officers of the organization. The president with the approval of the Board of Trustees may form appropriate additional committees to facilitate functioning of the Foundation. All the members of such committees shall implement the proposals approved by the Board of Trustees. The Chairman of each committee shall implement the proposals approved by the Board of Trustees. The Chairman of each Committee shall report to the Board through the President of the Organization.
